cb999 goodride Terms and Conditions

cb999 goodride is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides slot games, live casino, cricket betting and various other gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These rules are available in both English and Bengali; however, in the event of any conflict of interpretation, the English version shall prevail.

Before accessing this platform, you must confirm that you agree to comply with the laws applicable to using such services and that participating in online gaming is lawful in your country. cb999 goodride will not be responsible for users who access the service from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.

In addition to these rules, the cb999 goodride Privacy Policy and any specific bonus terms and conditions also apply. These documents should be read together.

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use any service on cb999 goodride. This platform strictly prohibits participation by anyone under the age of 21.

2.1 Age Verification Requirements

During account verification, cb999 goodride may request your national ID card, passport or other valid government-issued document. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being temporarily or permanently restricted, and any pending withdrawal requests will be placed on hold.

2.2 Regional Restrictions

Users from certain countries or regions are not permitted to use cb999 goodride. Registering or using the service from a region where online gaming is legally prohibited will be considered a violation of these rules.

Each user may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

3.1 Providing Accurate Information at Registration

At the time of registration, you must provide your full name, date of birth, mobile number and email address accurately. Providing incorrect or false information may cause complications during the verification process and may result in withdrawal requests being held.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Giving any third party access to your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the cb999 goodride support team immediately.

• Use a strong password — a combination of numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters, and special characters.
• Do not use the same password on any other site.
• Change your password immediately if you notice any suspicious activity.
• Avoid logging in from public or shared devices.

cb999 goodride processes transactions through widely used mobile financial services and banking channels in Bangladesh. Accepted methods for deposits and withdrawals are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major scheduled banks).

4.1 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

For verified accounts, standard withdrawal requests are processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Additional time may be required in cases involving complex verification or unusually large amounts.

4.3 Transaction Rules

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit — this is part of anti-money laundering compliance.
• Conducting transactions using another person's payment account is prohibited.
• cb999 goodride reserves the right to place any suspicious transaction on hold pending investigation.
• Funds sent to an incorrect account cannot be guaranteed for recovery.

cb999 goodride offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each offer is subject to specific conditions. It is mandatory to read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement on this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the balance ৳3,000, and ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.

5.2 General Bonus Policy

• An account may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• Bonuses apply only to designated games — it may not be possible to wager with a bonus on all games.
• Winnings earned through a bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
• cb999 goodride reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
• If a deposit is withdrawn after a bonus has been claimed, all bonuses and bonus winnings will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Cashback

Regular members can participate in the VIP program. Weekly cashback is available from the Bronze level up to the highest Platinum level. Gold level example: a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week gives ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 cashback.

All betting and gaming activity on cb999 goodride is conducted in accordance with defined rules. Each game has its own rules, and it is the user's responsibility to understand those rules before starting a game.

6.1 Validity of Bets

Once a bet has been confirmed and settled, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Bets that have been incorrectly settled due to a technical error will be corrected after review.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

• Bets can be placed both before an event starts and in-play.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally refunded, though specific conditions apply.
• Odds for cricket, football and other sports are subject to change, and the odds shown at the time a bet is confirmed are final.
• For multi-bets, all selections must win; if any one loses, the entire stake is lost.

6.3 Live Casino and Slot Rules

Live casino games are operated through Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi and other providers. If a connection is lost, the outcome of any active bet is saved on the server and can be viewed after reconnecting.

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the cb999 goodride platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in account closure and forfeiture of balance.

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to or modify the platform's systems or software.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated bots or software to bet or play games.
• Stealing or misusing another user's account information.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive behavior against other users.

cb999 goodride reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without giving reasons, particularly in cases of violation of these rules.

8.1 User's Right to Close Account

A user may also choose to close their own account. In this case, any remaining balance will be returned via the designated method, however all bonuses and bonus winnings will be considered void.

8.2 Inactive Account Policy

If there has been no transaction or login for 12 months, the account will be marked as inactive. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts, which will be deducted from the balance.

cb999 goodride is not directly or indirectly liable for any financial loss, psychological harm or any other loss suffered by a user as a result of using the platform. Gaming inherently carries the risk of losing money, and the user bears this risk entirely.

cb999 goodride is not obligated to compensate for losses arising from technical errors, internet connection issues, disruption of third-party services or any other reason that prevents access to the platform.

• cb999 goodride has no control over game outcomes — results are determined entirely by a random number generator (RNG).
• Third-party game providers are themselves responsible for issues within their own systems.
• cb999 goodride is not liable for transaction delays caused by the user's device or network.

cb999 goodride has a separate, detailed Privacy Policy covering the collection, storage and processing of users' personal information, which forms an integral part of these terms and conditions. Full details of how your information is used, stored and kept secure can be found in that document.

All financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption. cb999 goodride will never ask for your password or payment PIN via email or message.
